Who will deliver my order?

We currently use 3 different delivery methods depending on the size, weight and number of items you order from us. We use DPD and ParcelForce for our courier deliveries, as well as local postal services including Royal Mail for more smaller parcels. For some Royal Mail deliveries tracking is not always available. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be sent to you after your order confirmation email.

All orders are sent from the United Kingdom.

Where can Kituout deliver to?

We deliver to the UK , Europe, Canada and to the United States Of America only at this present time. If you need your item to be sent to a country not listed please contact us for more information.

Please Note:

There will be additional charges for Saturday and timed deliveries. Please contact us for more information for weekend deliveries.
